Team Training Session, July 19th 2017

In this team training/meeting we covered the proper communication cycle to get results, the proper sequence of thing that need to occur to bring a person from cold contact to customer/rep, how to establish rapport, how to qualify, how to get a question answered, how to open the conversation, how to recognize when you're really in communication with someone or not, how to know where the process is breaking down if it's not going your way, and other important things. No idea why the screen share didn't work the whole time. Ask Google about that. lol
