Hey All!

I’ll be doing more and more of these conceptual videos. Try as you might to convince yourself that it is all about the mechanics, and numbers, and websites and clickety-clacking away on the keyboard… it’s not.

I really boils down to giving people a chance to know you, like you and trust you. Every thing that we do has as it’s purpose to accomplish this. And that is all. Watch the vid for more.

It is the fundamental concepts/principles/ideas/thoughts which are senior (more important, more causative) to any mechanics. It just blows my mind how many people have been working in this industry for a long time and just have not grasped the fundamental concepts and thus they continue to struggle, and struggle, and struggle.

This game is not about “effort”. Effort involves force and pushing through difficulty. It is not about that. It is a fun game. It is just a question of letting people get to know you. As far as the game of Network Marketing, THAT is the game. Let them get to know you. Now, if you have something of real value to offer in terms of the mechanics, the marketing, the page-building and so on, this can help IN ADDITION TO letting them get to KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you. Geez! Take them fishing for God’s sake!

Create content. Make videos. Put yourself out there. You do not have to be an expert. Just put yourself out there and on your blog so that people can get to know you. I’ll bet you would get more results from a video of you riding a sled down the steps of your house while wearing a foot-ball helmet than you would trying to pretend to be some expert or putting on some phony personna. JUST BE YOU. Contact people… “Hey, how’s yer mom an’ them?!”… and be your and get to know them and give them a chance to get to know you.

I see very few people doing this.

Very few.

A remember you don’t have to be an expert of anything in order to inspire and lead. Your main job once someone is on your team is really to just help them get their thoughts straight so they are not sabotaging themselves. As long as we ALL commit and we never, ever quit… we all win. The only reason why anyone in this game loses is because they quit. And that applies to all of us. And if you have never given people a chance to even get to know you, and all you are doing is trying to pitch them with some replicated website which contains none of your own personality, then you are really selling yourself short.

And if you thing you are not very “fun” or “likeable” I would suggest that you wake up and realize the beauty and power within you. Besides, regardless of your personality type you will attract people like you. And that is really what you are looking for anyway right?

There are nearly 7 billion people in the world and you just hardly need any of them to partner up with you in order to make a phenomenal living.

This is a game. It is fun. Don’t make it so serious and significant. People get enough of that crap at their “jobs”.
