How To Set Up A Solo Ad Co-Op

In the video tutorial below I take you along with me as I set up a Solo Ad Co-Op.  This is pretty easy.  I find it astounding that more people in the network marketing industry don’t do this for their downline or even offer it as an incentive to acquire a downline.  There are a lot of people out there that would join you for no reason other than the fact that you have a workable co-op running that they can buy into.

How To Set Up A Solo Ad Co-OpProbably the trickiest part of setting up your own co-op is in testing the advertising venues.  Some Solo Ad list are garbage… they’ll charge you $300 or $500 with no guarantee of clicks and you’ll put the money in and get about 8 leads.  And others guarantee clicks and are run by ethical people with interested, qualified subscribers.  The key is in finding the good ones.

As a member of my downline you have access to my exclusive team training and resources.  Within that site I provide a list of quite a lot of paid advertising sources, may of them being Solo Ad lists.  I also provide a large list of free ad sources and many of them do offer solo ads… of course you would have no need for a co-op for a free ad source.

After going through the video below you should be able to competently set up your own Solo Ad Co-Op or any type of co-op for that matter.  Remember, you can put into it any type of advertising you want… PPC, Banner Ads, Solo Ads, etc.  It is up to you.

How To Set Up A Solo Ad Co-Op:

One thing I suggest to people who are adventurous enough to coordinate a team co-op for their people is that in exchange for doing the work to set the whole thing up, you get a free position in the co-op.  This is perfectly reasonable and is not something that anyone should even bat an eye at.  And if you find someone who has a problem with that, I’d just tell them to go set up their own co-op.  After all, you ain’t running a charity program are you?  Anyway, by giving yourself a free position in the link rotator you are basically providing yourself eternal free advertising in exchange for being the person who is willing to lead your group by coordinating such a thing.

Untested Ads Versus Proven, Disclosure:

Also, if you are doing a co-op for an untested Solo Ad list or other ad venue, make sure that the people who are buying in to get shares of your co-op understand that you are “testing” and that by participating they are testing right along with you.  You don’t want people thinking that they are buying into some tested ad source that has a proven and predictable return, when they aren’t.

You will find that there is an art and a science to this.

Probably of highest importance is having an email ad copy that will convert into leads.  This is probably the biggest challenge and wildest variable.  This is also something that is difficult to teach people because we are getting over into the creative side of things.  However, within my team resources I do provide lesson on How To Write Sales Copy, wherein I show you the formula for creating copy that will convert… whether it’s converting visitors into leads, or converting leads into sales or signups.  Sometimes though, the ad that you are buying is just a crappy list, over-spammed, exaggerated subscriber numbers, etc.

Relevance Of Solo Ad Pricing:

You will probably find that the more expensive Solo Ads will get you better results whereas the cheaper ones will be much more heaving spammed by other marketers.  This is not to say that the cheap ones don’t get results.  They can and I do get results with them, but the cheap ones don’t really need a co-op because they are cheap.  Also I have found that with cheap solo ads it works better to send them daily for a period of a week or two, even using the same ad.  The repetition increases interest in the subscribers from seeing the same subject line over and over.  This is hard to do with a pricier list obviously because it’s every expensive to shell out, say, $2500 daily for 2 weeks.   Maybe Daegan Smith would do that.  I sure wouldn’t.
