Differences Between Empower Network And Infinity Downline

See my full Empower Network Review here.

Both Empower Network and Infinity Downline have 100% commission payouts.

Both have immediate payments direct to the referring member.

Both have digital/educational products as their products.

Both require “pass-ups”, meaning you refer people to the program and some of the people you refer get passed up to your sponsor and become part of your sponsor’s payline and will pay your sponsor, not you.  Same goes for your downline who passes people up to you.

Both are $25 to start.

Both require a $25 monthly membership fee.

Thus, both pay you $25 each month from every person on your pay line.

Both have a $25 level and a $100 level (with Infinity this is called “Infinity 100″).

Differences Between Empower Network And Infinity Downline:

Empower Network requires members to collect payment using Linkpoint/FirstData, Authorize.net, PayPal, Alertpay, or the Empower Network eWallet.  Each member must have their own merchant account unless they use the eWallet (expected for release on approximately 2.20.2012.
Infinity Downline the same payment processors, plus several more including Google Checkout and various others.  Each member can operate without their own merchant account with a payment processor such as Alertpay.  Infinity Downline does not have it’s own eWallet.

Empower Network was launched officially on Oct 31, 2011.
Infinity Downline launched Jan 2009.

Empower Network was founded and is managed by network marketing rock-star Dave Wood and his “accomplice” David Sharpe.
Infinity Downline was founded and is managed by network marketing rock-star Peter Wolfing.

Empower Network provides for unlimited “pass-ups”, automatically passing up the 2nd, 4th, 6th.. .and then every 5th sale to one’s sponsor.  So it’s 2, 4, 6, 11, 16, 21, etc.  Every 5th sale you refer forever goes up to your sponsor, and thus from your downline to your payline.
Infinity Downline provides for only 2 pass-ups.  The 2nd and 4th referrals are passed up to one’s sponsor.

Empower Network provides, as part of it’s product, pre-made marketing blog, lead capture page, sales pages, all with professional sales presentations done for you by Dave Wood and Dave Sharpe.
Infinity Downline provides an 8-page replicated website to present the opportunity and the products, but no separate lead capture pages and no blog.  Infinity Downline does sell additional lead capture pages and such at a premium.

Empower Network‘s products are designed specifically to sell Empower Network.
Infinity Downline‘s products are general…education on many topics from how to use all the Microsoft Office programs, to how to do SEO, to How To Cure Acne… and many, many others.

Empower Network does not allow one to manually mark one of their referrals paid, even when they haven’t yet paid.
Infinity Downline allows one to manually mark anyone in their downline as “paid” at any time after the that new referral has created his/her account.

Empower Network provides current, cutting-edge marketing training from some of the most productive people in the industry, as well as ongoing training webinars from the Empower Network’s top producers.
Infinity Downline owner Peter Wolfing does do weekly webinars on various marketing strategies, but these are not designed specifically for Infinity Downline.

Perhaps I’ll add more to this list as time goes on but these are the main comparisons of these two programs at the moment.

I endorse both programs.  Both are very good.  I have been with Infinity Downline for some time and have made quite a lot of money with it.  I added Empower Network just today (at the time of posting this).  I would recommend both.
